If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we will not continue to share your information.

numo LLC, a subsidiary of the PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. ("PNC"). indi is a product offered by numo.
What we do
How does numo protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

Additionally, numo requires and trains its employees to comply with its privacy standards and policies, which are designed to protect customer information.

How does numo collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you
  • open an account
  • perform transactions
  • manage your account profile
We also collect your personal information from thers, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only
  • sharing for affiliates’ every day business purposes — information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • nonaffiliates from using your information to market to you
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. See below for more on your rights under state law.
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Our affiliates include companies with the PNC name,such as PNC Bank, National Association, and also financial companies such as Harris Williams,LLC.
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Nonaffiliates we share with can include financial and tax service companies, insurance companies, and digital marketplace companies.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
  • Our joint marketing partners include financial companies, insurance companies, and other companies that provide products or services that may be of interest to you.

U.S. Privacy laws apply. California and Vermont Residents Only: We will not share your information except for our everyday business purposes, for marketing our products and services to you or as required or permitted by law or with your consent. Vermont Residents Only: We will not share your credit information with other members of the PNC family without your consent. Nevada Residents Only: This notice is provided to you pursuant to state law. To stop marketing calls from us follow the directions in the section "To limit our sharing" to be placed on the numo do not call list.
