Security Dos and Don’ts in mind to protect your identity and your indi account.
Don’t share sensitive personal information over email – it may not be secure.

Don’t click on links from unknown senders.
Phishing emails and texts are designed to appear trustworthy to allow hackers to access your personal data.
If you don’t recognize the sender of a message, don’t click. Instead, reach out to the named company or organization using the contact information published on their official website
Do check your transaction activity regularly in the indi app.
Make sure to scroll through your Activity tab regularly, and leave your indi notifications ON to receive real-time alerts and verify indi card transactions on the go.
Do safeguard your PIN & password.
If your password or PIN is easy to guess, or if you use the same password for all of your online accounts, one data breach can expose all of your accounts.
Variety is key – consider using a password generator or a password manager to create unique passwords for all of your online accounts.
